The Cisco engineer profession emerged relatively recently. This profession owes its appearance to the phenomenal success of the American company Cisco, created just a quarter of a century ago. Today, with the help of equipment of the same Cisco brand, it is possible not only to fully equip the hardware complex for working in the network, but also to create communication systems. In addition, Cisco has developed its own network management software. This global expansion of capabilities prompted Cisco to open its own school for engineers and certify their professional level voice engineer job.
Cisco hardware and software is used by large organizations in most of the world. In Russia, these include all large banks, starting from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, mobile operators, leading metallurgical, aviation and automotive companies. Each such enterprise employs a Cisco engineer - a specially trained specialist in the maintenance of active Cisco network equipment (routers, firewalls, switches, voice gateways, VoIP, and others). Its functions include equipment configuration, support and development of communication systems, security of the external perimeter (FireWall, IPS), WAN connections (Internet, E1 streams, remote offices), and VoIP administration (cisco CallManager5.1 + cisco phones).
The Computer Training Center "Specialist" offers a wide range of programs, with the help of which students are fully trained in accordance with Cisco standards. Upon completion of training, you will receive an international Cisco certificate.
